2. The postures of all functional robots are in a zero-point original state, maintaining the overall balance. The suction cups are packed in plastic bags, and the surface of the equipment is blown clean with gas.
3. The hanging curtain of each cache bin falls to the lowest state to reduce the stress.
4. The computer of the edge banding machine is packed in plastic bags to prevent moisture. The rubber pot is closed without leakage.
5. Connect the dust (vacuum cleaner) inside the central control cabinet in each unit, clean the filter screen of air conditioner and fan, put desiccant inside to prevent moisture, and close the cabinet door.
6.Check the drum line belt wear, photoelectric fixation and wiring, reserve common accessories.
7. After the whole machine is cleaned and maintained, the equipment shall be properly wrapped with a smock to prevent falling ash.
