First, the process analysis of automatic plate packaging line
(1) scan code to read the plate size
The process of automatic plate packaging line begins with code scanning. Each plate has a unique two-dimensional code, which stores the basic information of the plate, such as key data such as size specifications and materials. When the plate enters the packaging line, the code scanning equipment can quickly and accurately read the information and transmit it to the control system of the packaging line.
(2) The measuring station carries out size measurement.
After scanning the code to read the plate size information, the plate will continue to advance into the measuring station. The measuring station is equipped with a laser ranging sensor, which can measure the thickness, width, length and other key dimensions of the plate in real time.
(3) The Carton machine cuts corrugated paper to generate cartons.
When the control system obtains accurate plate size data, it will transmit these data to the box-making machine. According to the received size information, the Carton machine automatically calculates the required carton size and controls the cutting device to accurately cut the corrugated paper.
(4) Packaging by a box sealing machine.
After the carton is made, the plates will be automatically placed in the carton and enter the sealing machine for the final packaging. The sealing machine adopts advanced sealing technology and equipment, which can seal cartons quickly and firmly. During the sealing process, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or hot melt adhesive device of the sealing machine will automatically adjust the sealing strength and tape length according to the material and size of the carton to ensure the smoothness and firmness of the sealing.
